Houses of Hope provides cost-effective chemical dependency and support services in numerous programs.
Houses of Hope operates three halfway house facilities. Each provides an alcohol/drug free transitional living environment for adult males who have copmleted primary chimical dependency treatment and need additional support to return to independent living. While in the halfway house, individuals will maintain employment, participate in individual and group counseling, and develop skills needed to deal with day-to-day issues.
Touchstone, a highly structured short-term residential chemical dependence treatment facility for adults (men and women), is operated in collaboration with CenterPointe. Touchstone offers individual and group counseling, psychotherapy, nursing and case management components. Touchstone addresses chemical dependency through both 12-step and cognitive orientation to treatment.
This collaboration with Blue Valley Behaviroal Health and Lutheran Family Services provides intensive care management to "high-utilizers" of services within the behavioral health system in hopes of improving consumer outcomes while realizing an overall cost savings for the behavioral health service system.
Affordable housing for persons completing the halfway house program. This alcohol/drug free environment provides peer support and helps persons maintain a fulfilling, sober lifestyle.
